Trinity Church Terrace, SE1

A development of flats and mews houses in a Georgian style

Client Request

“The brief for Trinity Church Terrace was one that stayed true to the development’s location in Borough, SE1.

The smart mews houses and apartments demanded a certain level of sophistication, we wanted a contemporary take on traditional London style – luxury in comfortable surroundings.”

Requirements:

  • Paint colours
  • Flooring
  • Space planning
  • Lighting
  • Furnishing show apartments and show houses
  • Accessorising
  • Garden furniture and accessories

How We Actioned This

Trinity Church Terrace was an award winning new build development of houses and apartments, situated between two Grade II listed squares in Southwark. The architecture in Georgian style required interiors to be very simple and uncluttered, whilst conveying the elegant proportions of the rooms.

A neutral palette created a flow throughout the show homes, whilst art and accessories added colour.

We chose bespoke Parisian and British furnishings throughout, allowing the spaces to be contemporary and elegant.

Client Feedback

“Both the show apartments and the show houses were hugely successful and definitely help to boost sales. Jackie and her team achieved a look of timeless elegance in a classical London setting.”

Oakhill Park, London SW15

A gated development of 60 apartments surrounded by landscaped gardens

Client Request

“The style for this project needed to be one that appealed to a wide audience as its location in Putney and sizable apartments meant it was popular with young professionals, families and more mature couples alike.

We asked for a look that was contemporary but comfortably so, bright and modern with a softer edge. The apartments are more similar in size to the mansion-style flats that we all know in London which gave the team more space to work with when putting designs together.”

Requirements:

  • Designs for concierge lobby and communal areas
  • Paint colours
  • Flooring
  • Space planning
  • Lighting
  • Furnishing show apartments
  • Accessorising

How We Actioned This

We wanted to create a look that was contemporary and homely. Splashes of colour energised the rooms, modern kitchens and high quality accessories created a contemporary look.  It was evident that owner occupiers buying the flats included a number of people that were downsizing, so the emphasis was to be liveable and on trend.

Client Feedback

“Jackie’s team ended up furnishing several show apartments for the development as they seemed to go under offer very quickly each time one was finished and shown to prospective buyers!

They created exactly the look we were after, chic but accessible – prospective buyers regularly complimented the décor and were overheard saying that the apartments felt much more comfortable than other new-build properties they had seen.”
